LVD’s component development capabilities range from one-off custom parts to low-volume production. Working from your 3D CAD models, your sketches, or your ideas, our team can produce the components you need.

Metal Fabrication

Our Metal Fab group prides themselves on building prototypes, fixtures and custom sled bucks to perfection, with a fully-outfitted shop:

• Welding - MIG, TIG, Induction
• Riveting - all types
• Tumble and Deburr
• Polishing of stainless steel, aluminum and brass components
• Die making
• Fixture build
• Sheet metal fabrication

Metal Forming

Our Metal Forming team has what it takes to 'punch out' precise parts to meet the needs of the Metal Fab group:

• Stamping Presses (3): 60 - 1300 ton
• Press Brake: 60 - 200 ton
• CNC Machining: 3- and 5- axis milling and turning
• Water Jet 6'x12' table
• Blank development

Some examples of stamped parts include fuel tank doors, fenders, cross members, heat shields, knee bolsters and oil pans.
